Hi, i'm new here but could someone tells me what those firmwares are particularly for? Also, can I use it if my z3 Flex# is not exactly match with those given? Thanks!

Here some definitions:

Firmware:
1.1Rotinas software stored in read-only memory (ROM). Unlike random access memory, a read-only memory remains intact even if there is electrical current. The routines of departure and the manual input / output low level is stored in the form of firmware. In terms of ease of modification, the firmware occupies an intermediate position between the software and hardware.

1.2 Instruction Set essential for the functioning of the device (this is a software that controls hardware directly). The firmware is stored in a memory chip ROM or flash memory on the device itself.

By extension;
Flash Memory (flash memory):
A type of nonvolatile memory. Flash memory has functions similar to the EEPROM memory, but must be erased in blocks, whereas EEPROM can be erased one bit at a time. Because of its nature-based blocks, flash memory is typically used as a supplement or replacement of hard drives in laptops. In this context, flash memory is built into the unit or, what is more common, is provided as a PC Card that can be plugged into a PCMCIA slot. A disadvantage of block-based nature of flash memory is that it can not be used in a practical way to main memory (RAM) because the computer needs to put data in memory in increments of one byte
